چکیده
Single-pass honing is an important machining method for finish of holes, which can meet the requirement high efficiency and consistency holes. Characterization life prediction single-pass tool are necessary to improve accuracy holes honed, especially dimension accuracy. a single layer abrasive with fixed dimension, still remains problematic characterization prediction. For fuel injection nozzles bore diameter under 1 mm, stiffness poor. This article presents novel analytical model that predicts poor stiffness. Firstly, according tolerance, designed manufactured. Based on prepared tool, measurement methods established. Furthermore, wear tests carried out, contour evolution established predict life.
